Alarm Kits

Alarm kits offer a complete security system for guarding against intrusion. They have accessories which detect suspicious behavior and also have an alarm panel which sounds off when any accessory or detector is triggered. The accessories included in most kits are:

• Passive infrared (PIR) motion detector - use infrared light to detect motion.
• Remote control - used to remotely arm or disarm the control panel
• Door sensor or magnetic contact - used to detect opening and closing of doors and windows
• Backup battery - keeps the alarm working even when power is turned off
